Khachapuri in Adjarian style

Khachapuri in Adjarian style is the same traditional “boat” with an egg, originally from southern Georgia. For the filling, we used soft mozzarella cheese, which stretches deliciously in baked goods. Add butter and a raw egg to the cavity of the cake during the last minutes of baking.
